As we see TV and news channels, hear from different radio channels, read newspapers and magazines there is all about different health issues and problems that people suffers from; one of the most of these health problems and issues are heart problem and because of such an issue and problem yearly more than 100 thousands of people including old, young, child, newborn babies: women, men, girls and boys. There are 11 types of foods that naturally open the heart valve (arteries).

1. Fish: Fish meat which is full with omega-3 oil prevents the formation of plaques on the heart wall.
