we see TV and news channels, hear from different radio channels, read newspapers
and magazines there is all about different health issues and problems that people
suffers from; one of the most of these health problems and issues are heart
problem and because of such an issue and problem yearly more than 100 thousands
of people including old, young, child, newborn babies: women, men, girls and
boys. There are 11 types of foods that naturally open the heart valve
(arteries).

1. Fish: Fish meat which is full with omega-3
oil prevents the formation of plaques on the heart wall.
Advice: Add fish to your daily meals if you
can’t afford fish daily then have fish twice or trice a weak… if you can’t
afford 2 times or 3 times a weak then once a weak, once a month, if again you
can’t afford then twice or once a year.

potassium and it is very useful for hypertension. And prevents the formation of

and heart disease. And research has shown that garlic is very useful for the
arteries of the heart.
Advice: Add garlic to your daily meals especially
every that you are going to cook add some fresh garlic.
Note: Don’t use too much of garlics
because it will down your blood pressure and if you have low blood pressure
then don’t use.

resveratrol and quercetin, which plays an important role in preventing acid and
cholesterol and in blocking the heart wall.
Advice: You can add grapes to your fruits

12. Walnut: Is also very useful for heart and for
controlling cholesterol in the body.
Advice: So eat 6 walnut in the early morning
before meals.
