What
we have to keep in mind during the period/ monthly habit/ monthly period?
And
What
should we have to pay attention to during our monthly habits?
Periodic
uterine wall loss associated with bleeding, menstruation, period, menstruation
or in the silly and beautiful Persian language of the Afghan people, is called
"menstrual habit".
This
period requires special care. By not observing them, you will have health
problems and genital diseases.
False
beliefs about menstruation in some cultures make it a shame to talk about
menstruation, and as a result girls do not talk about it.
Give
our girls enough information about this natural process and teach them that
menstruation is not a shame to see a day when they come to terms with the right
habits, replace false beliefs and misconceptions about natural days. And
menstruation.
Here Are Some Examples Of The Important Things To Keep In Mind:
1. Be sure to use a
sanitary pad or a clean, disposable pad during menstruation.
2. Regular bathing
is important during menstruation.
3. Bathing during
menstruation never causes infertility.
4. Washing and bathing
during menstruation does not cause infection, but hygiene prevents disease and
infection.
5. Change your
underwear every day.
6. If your
underwear does not dry out in direct sunlight, be sure to iron it a few minutes
before wearing it and let it dry and steam and then wipe it off.
7. Do not forget to
wash your hands with soap and water after each change of sanitary pad.
8. Although the
amount of iron lost in each menstrual cycle is negligible, in countries where
nutritional deficiency is not eradicated, taking iron pills to combat iron
deficiency anemia, with physician prescribing, is no problem.
9. Many women
experience severe abdominal and back pain during menstruation. The cause of
pain is the strong contractions of the uterine muscles and the abdominal muscles
around the uterus to drive menstrual discharge. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory
drugs such as ibuprofen and naproxen and the use of a hot water bag and rest
help alleviate these pains.
10.
Premenstrual syndrome or PMS may also occur during
this period, which includes breast pain due to salt and water retention,
fatigue, and mood swings, such as irritability.
11.
Healthy nutrition, reduced caffeine intake, and mental
support are helpful to relieve menstrual complications.
