When a person's blood pressure is in two or more of two doctor's appointments, 140/90 or more is said to have high blood pressure or (Hypertension).
However, in the new 2019 medical books, hypertension above 130/85 is accepted as high blood pressure.

High Blood Pressure Causes:

About 90 to 95 percent of people do not understand the underlying cause of high blood pressure, which they call Primary or Essential Hypertension.
About 5 to 10 percent of people can find it high blood pressure which can lead to pollen diseases and some hormonal diseases like Cushing's syndrome, Pheochromocytoma and more; I have to say that this type or form of hypertension is called Secondary Hypertension.

Symptoms:

High blood pressure is referred to as the Silent killer because it is often without symptoms and signs, but in some people it can cause:

·         Headache
·         Dizzy
·         Ear floss
·         And nausea and vomiting.

High Blood Pressure Disorders/Mixes:
Health

Failure to treat high blood pressure can lead to the following problems:
·         Heart Attacks
·         Strokes
·         Lack of pollen
·         Eyes Bleeding
·         And peripheral arterial diseases

High Blood Pressure in Patients with Diabetes or Blood Sugar:

In patients with diabetes, the incidence of hypertension is twice as high as in normal people. Blood pressure in patients with diabetes should be precisely controlled.
This means that the blood pressure of these patients should be less than 130/80.
The incidence of myocardial infarction in patients with diabetes mellitus increases with increasing blood pressure.

Avoiding Ways:

1.              Weight Loss (By lowering every 10kg your blood pressure can drop by 20 degrees).

ï¼’.              Regular physical activity at least 20 minutes’ walk in the most days of the week.

3.              Reduce salt intake.

ï¼”.              Increased intake of foods containing potassium such as banana, pomegranate, orange, tomato, etc.

5.              Increased drinking water lowers your blood pressure.

ï¼–.              Quitting smoking and alcohol (can lower your blood pressure by 5 to 10 degrees)

ï¼—.              And stress control

Treatment:

Depending on the type of pressure, the age of the patient and the presence or absence of different diseases, the choice of drug is made.
