Breastfeeding is undoubtedly the best
nutrition for infants, but sometimes mothers feel that their baby is not
breastfed or that breast feeding may be unintentional.
Breastfeeding immediately after birth
(or immediately after waking up In Cesarean section). The sooner breastfeeding
begins, the greater the chance of breastfeeding.
The Correct Way to Hug and
Breastfeed
In different positions of the mother
(lying or sitting), the breastfeeding shoulder and chest should be facing the
breast and the nose should be at the nipple surface.
Place your thumb on the breast and other
fingers under the breast.
·
Chin attached to the breast
·
Place the breast aura in the mouth
·
The lower lip is back down
·
Sucking the nipple alone can cause inadequate milk and sores and nipple
fissures.
·
Keep calm and don't doubt your ability to breastfeed.
·
Begin breastfeeding on time
·
Start breast-feeding immediately after delivery (or immediately after
awakening in cesarean section).

·
Artificial milk lacks protective agents against diseases.

It increases the risk of infantile diarrhea, digestive disorders and much
more.
·
The underlying causes of allergies such as asthma and eczema, overweight obesity, heart disease, cardiovascular disease and diabetes in the future.

Mother’s Milk
The Importance of Breastfeeding in Infant’s Nutrition and
Growth
Exclusive Breastfeeding:
Avoid breastfeeding during the first 6
months of giving water, sugar, artificial milk and other liquids and foods.
Only breast milk and multivitamin drops
for the first 6 months are enough.
Continue breastfeeding until the age of two with
supplemental foods.
Frequent Feeding During The Day:
Stay with your baby all day long. The
most important factors in breastfeeding increase are frequent sucking and
frequent breastfeeding depending on the day and night weaning demand.
Avoiding and not using baby
feeding nipple bottle:
Glass Use:
·
It reduces breastfeeding desire for suckling and reduces breast milk.
·
It transmits infections and diseases to the infant.
·
Changes the shape of teeth and jaws.
Diagnosis of Breast Milk Adequacy:
The best way to determine whether a
breastfeeding is adequate is to increase breastfeeding weight based on growth
curve.
See your doctor or health care provider
to monitor your baby's growth and ensure your milk is adequate.
So don't imagine the following because your milk is
inadequate:
A baby’s crying can be due to being
pampers wet, older, cold or hot, over-visiting relatives, illness or colic...
Breastfeeding early is easy to digest
and high absorbency.
Prolonged sucking of the breast can be
due to the incorrect condition of breastfeeding and correcting the
breastfeeding situation removes the problem.
Low Milk For The First Few Days:
First-day milk (colostrum) is low, but
it is essential for a newborn baby and is his first vaccine against diseases.
Insufficient milk during milking is not
a criterion for milk production because the breast produces sufficient milk by
suckling.
Breastfeeding is not as important as
breastfeeding. Frequent sucking can produce more milk.
Breastfeeding and Breastfeeding Working
Mothers:
If you work:
·
Only breastfeed during the whole duration of the breastfeeding leave.
·
After returning to work, increase the frequency of breastfeeding in the
evening and night.
·
Use hourly breastfeeding leave to breastfeed during working hours.
·
Run your milk. Regular breastfeeding helps to increase milk.
·
Store milk to feed the infant to be fed with it while away from it.
·
Breast milk should be breastfed with a spoon and a cup.
·
Milk can be stored for 8 to 6 hours at room temperature (cool place) and
up to 48 hours in refrigerator and 3 months in freezer.
In case of mammary problems such as congestion,
sores and fissure of breast ... Continue breastfeeding and see other health or
treatment centers.
