1.                  Eating at least one onion every day is stimulating, energizing, and appetizing.

3.                  Cut one onion in four pieces each day and boil it in a pan of water until a cherry remains and drink it in the morning before meals. This onion juice removes facial wrinkles, wrinkles and fatigue.
