If you are going to diet, it is best to read the following article before making any decisions for . First, we need to give you a definition of diet.

Definition of Diet.
Diet is actually what you eat or drink during the day or within 24 hours. Before planning a diet, it is best to find out about your calorie intake by asking your trainer or a professional doctor who knows better to advice you for your diet that you are going to take. You need to know how much calories your body need in a day the diet.
For a better and even a best diet first you need to know the answers of the following questions:
1.      Are you using nutritionally balanced diet?
2.      How long does it take to get this diet?

Calories

Most diets used to lose weight contain about 1000 - 1500 calories a day. It also depends on your daily activities and exercises. These types of diets are called low-calorie diets. In this type of diet you should lose at least one half or one kilo weight in a week.

The diets that your physicians offer you include the following that are used by your physician to determine these diets. My suggestion for those who don’t know anything about these types of diets is to do not try these types of diets without asking their physicians, trainers and those who have already tried these kinds of diets.

3.    Packaging Diet: Is a diet includes packed and canned meals and drinks such as: Diet cold drinks, diet jams, diet biscuits, etc.
4.    Combined Diet: Is a diet in which the proper combinations of healthy food lead you to lose weight easily and also have other health benefits.

Drinking water is also one of the most important principles to be followed which helps you lose weight and be fit and healthy all the time. It is better to drink 10 -15 glasses of water daily. Of course, if you exercise, you should drink more. One thing more the more you drink water the more you get healthier.
