Strengthen

your knee cartilage with cinnamon and honey. Initial use of a teaspoon of
organic honey.

cinnamon powder,
Ø One glass of oat/barley,
Ø One glass of natural
orange juice,
Ø A glass of natural
pineapple juice and pineapple bits,
Ø 28 Grams of
sweet almonds,
Ø A glass of water
to strengthen knee cartilage, strong and perfectly natural joints with no side
effects.
How to Make a Home-Made Cartilage
First
boil the barley/oats for 10 minutes with a glass of water,
Then
allow it to cool.
Then
add the rest of the raw material which was mentioned above.
Mix
