If you want to strengthen your body's immunity against Covid-19 and
other Viruses, you should and must consider the following points.
1. Take only
liquids! (You have to take liquids as much as you can; if you can’t take too
much liquids at least take five to seven times in twenty-four hours)
2. Use Vitamin C!
(Use lots of vitamin C or food/ vegetables/ fruits such as oranges, pomegranates,
lemons, kiwi … which are enrich with vitamin c)
3. Keep the
distance! (When you are talking to people keep your distance at least 1.5
meters to 2 meters
4. Use and drink
more tea! (Drink tea or hot water at least 6-12 cups in twenty four hours).
5. Drink two to
three cups of tea with lemon, honey and ginger.
6. Test your
Corona!
7. Take Izetro
Mycene 500 mg daily for seven days!
8. For pain only
prestamol and older people should take this desprin.
9. Eat Domestic
Chicken Soup!
10. Do not use ice
at all!
11. Eat vegetable
soup!
12. You can also use these ( Lemons,
Sour Orange, Orange,
Black Tea with honey, Green
Tea with honey, Pepper,
Bull pepper, Kiwi,
Watermelon , Apricot,
Peach, Apples,
Bananas, Yoghurt,
Green leafy vegetables, Apricot,
Onions, Potatoes,
Cauliflower, Red pepper,
Garlic cloves , Mango,
Strawberry, Green Onions /
Spring Onions, Ginger,
Cucumber, Turmeric.
Have patience and perseverance despite all this!
