A job is a regular activity for
money, and employment means having a job, as well as employment, any form of
paid employment, whether for an employer, or that one should work for himself.
*Generally, any kind of peoples’ participation in an economic activity
is called employment.
One of the greatest issues of a
countries now a days is the issue of employment for people especially youth,
families, and ultimately for governments, and this issue has become one of the
main concerns that have simply affected their way of life. Now, is it generally
the responsibility and job of the government or the private sector to create
employment?
The prevailing perception among the
public is that this is a government task, but in fact it seems that although
governments are required to develop an adequate and stable infrastructure and
economy in the business and business world, the main task is; it should be the
private sector. Of course, over the past decade, the issue of entrepreneurship
has become widespread in the business environment, which most people confuse
with job creation. Employment and Entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneurship
and Employment
In a society where we live, where
unemployment is a major social problem and where everybody's mind is focused on
employment.
Although the two concepts of
entrepreneurship and job creation are both valuable and interrelated, but they
are not necessarily mutually exclusive, and in some cases employment can be one
of the outcomes of entrepreneurship.
The word job creation actually
gives us the impression that a job is created to meet the needs of the market.
When entrepreneurs start a new job, they will need at least one or more
recruiting staff to organize their jobs.
Entrepreneurs are helping to
reduce the unemployment rate that is one of the macroeconomic, social, and
government goals of employment. Thus, entrepreneurship can be the basis for
workforce employment, and the innovation generated by one's own economic
activity leads to community employment.
According to the latest survey,
entitled Work Culture and Perspective of Afghans, only 79% (percent) of the Afghanistan
population especially youth want fixed-term administrative employment (office
jobs) or within the scope of job-oriented jobs. While in 2010 more than 72% (percent)
of the world population stated that they wanted to work independently
(self-employment) and 44% (percent) of the general population emphasized
risk-taking in order to achieve job satisfaction based on individual
activities.
Today, the entrepreneurial spirit
is rapidly expanding among Afghan youth all over Afghanistan. On the other
hand, given the economic and social conditions of the country at present,
entrepreneurship is becoming more and more important.
By the Given policy of reducing
government tenure as well as restrictions on investment in the private sector, youth
and women are looking for work and jobs in entrepreneurship and
self-employment.
A country that has been one of
the founders of human civilization needs youth to form the focal points of
production and employment in society.
The Aim of Employment and entrepreneurship are not just about creating entrepreneurship, but
about creating new added value.
An entrepreneur is looking for
added value, but since there is no production without manpower, there are jobs
next to him, which can be for 1 person or 001.
It has to be
said that employment is essentially the duty and task of the state, but entrepreneurship
is the job of the private sector.
The first distinction between employment
and entrepreneurship is that employment is the development of existing
businesses, for example by building a cement factory, creating employment and
expanding existing businesses. But the person who launches product is the
entrepreneur, but unfortunately we are all entrepreneurs in our community.
